Kali ini, Illulian, brand tekstil mewah asal Milan yang juga dikenal dengan koleksi permadani buatan tangannya, berkolaborasi dengan Ferruccio Laviani, salah satu desainer Italia yang paling eklektik dan berwibawa. Kemitraan ini pun akhirnya melahirkan dua permadani Illulian edisi terbatas, yakni Symi dan Tatam, yang memadukan keahlian tradisional Illulian dengan visi kreatif Laviani.

Desainer asal Italia ini dikenal dengan pendekatannya yang eklektik dan inovatif. Proses kreatifnya dipicu oleh rasa ingin tahu yang tak terpadamkan dan mata yang tajam untuk menemukan inspirasi di berbagai aspek kehidupan, mulai dari pertemuan sehari-hari hingga perjalanan, arsitektur, seni, dan detail-detail tak terduga.

Symi, permadani edisi terbatas, hadir sebagai sebuah narasi visual yang memikat. Garis-garis warna yang berpotongan menciptakan desain abstrak yang menawan, seolah-olah menceritakan sebuah kisah melalui jalinan benang.

Tatam, permadani edisi terbatas lainnya, menawarkan interpretasi kontemporer terhadap kesederhanaan permadani Berber. Bentuk persegi panjangnya dipertegas oleh tepian yang tinggi dan tebal, sementara sapuan garis yang menyerupai goresan anak-anak mendefinisikan desainnya, menciptakan suasana seperti mimpi.
Penggunaan garis-garis tipis yang memantulkan cahaya dengan cemerlang membangkitkan ilusi cermin tiga dimensi, seolah-olah membawa kita melangkah ke dunia baru eksplorasi visual.
