Plaza Indonesia menggelar festival kuliner perdananya selama November 2022 ini. Berbeda dengan festival kuliner pada umumnya, yang menghadirkan ragam sajian melalui banyak booth penjaja makanan di satu area, “Plaza Indonesia Culinary Festival" ini menghadirkan menu spesial lewat kolaborasi dengan pegiat gastronomi serta Lembaga nirlaba.
Gandeng pegiat kuliner
Plaza Indonesia Culinary Festival hadir selama bulan November di puluhan restoran yang ada di mall ini. Festival kuliner ini menggandeng pegiat kuliner Ade Putri Paramadita dan Eddrian Tjhia, Chef Special Masakan Bangka dan Healthy Food, dalam program spesial mereka yang bertajuk “Savor the Flavor.”
“Banyak pelanggan Plaza Indonesia yang sering bertanya pada saya, apa yang baru di Plaza Indonesia? Festival kuliner ini jawabannya. Penawaran spesial
Tak hanya menyajikan hidangan yang menggugah selera, Plaza Indonesia Culinary Festival juga memberikan beragam penawaran menarik selama penyelenggaraannya. Di La Moda by Hyatt, misalnya, nasabah Bank Jenius bisa memanfaatkan penawaran spesial berupa potongan harga maksimal Rp250 ribu dengan dine in senilai minimal Rp500 ribu.
Dukung Misi Sosial
Plaza Indonesia juga bekerja sama dengan beberapa lembaga sosial dalam penyelenggaraan festival kuliner ini. Lembaga sosial tersebut antara lain Yayasan Kanker Anak Indonesia, Yayasan Sentuhan Kasih Anak, lembaga nirlaba yang fokus pada pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pemberdayaan Saab Shares, dan Yayasan Jantung Indonesia.
Menurut Zamri, masing-masing yayasan sosial ini akan mengajak partisipasi donatur secara langsung. Caranya yaitu menjual tiket senilai Rp250 ribu yang bisa digunakan untuk bersantap di lebih dari 20 tenant yang ada di Plaza Indonesia. Menurutnya lagi, tiket ini bisa didapat langsung di masing-masing yayasan dan 100% hasil penjualan akan disumbangkan.
“Donasi akan disumbangkan sepenuhnya kepada mereka yang membutuhkan uluran tangan kita. Jadi, sambil menikmati kuliner yang spesial hadir untuk acara ini, bisa berbagi kebaikan juga untuk sesama,” pungkasnya.
