Salah satu konser The Beatles yang paling ikonik di atap Apple Corps Savile Row yang diselenggarakan pada 30 Januari 1969 dihadirkan kembali dalam format film berjudul “The Beatles: Get Back–The Rooftop Concert”. Disutradarai oleh sutradara film pemenang Oscar, Peter Jackson (trilogi "The Lord of the Rings," "They Shall Not Grow Old"), film dokumenter “The Beatles: Get Back” ini akan membawa penonton kembali ke sesi rekaman band tersebut pada Januari 1969, yang disebut-sebut sebagai salah satu momen penting dalam sejarah musik.
Dokumentasi ini menampilkan proses kreatif The Beatles saat mereka mencoba menulis 14 lagu baru sebagai persiapan untuk konser live pertama setelah lebih dari dua tahun. Dihadapkan dengan tenggat waktu yang hampir mustahil, ikatan persahabatan yang kuat yang dimiliki oleh John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, dan Ringo Starr diuji. Film ini dikompilasi dari hampir 60 jam rekaman yang diambil selama 21 hari, disutradarai oleh Michael Lindsay-Hogg pada tahun 1969, dan dari lebih dari 150 jam audio yang belum pernah diketahui sebelumnya, yang sebagian besar disembunyikan di lemari besi selama lebih dari setengah abad.
