3. Masa Masa
Nikmati suasana Indonesia ‘tempoe doeloe’ sambil menikmati keheningan di Ketewel, Sukawati. Masa Masa, restoran dengan konsep arsitektur dan kuliner peranakan ini, baru saja dibuka pada bulan April 2022 dengan tujuan preservasi budaya Indonesia peranakan yang mulai lambat laun ditinggalkan.
Anda dapat mencicipi makanan peranakan dari Cina, Arab, Eropa-khususnya Belanda, dan Nusantara, di resto ini. Pemilihan makanan-makanan tersebut berasal dari sejarah perdagangan Indonesia yang banyak melakukan kontak tidak hanya dengan negara barat, namun juga dengan negara di Timur Tengah pada masanya. Sehingga makanan yang disajikan berusaha untuk menghighlight pertemuan budaya-budaya ini.
Restoran dengan bangunan rumah ini memberikan suasana yang santai seperti sedang menikmati makanan di rumah. Terdapat dua rumah asli Palembang yang diberi nama Rumah Mayor dan Rumah Amir. Kedua rumah ini dibawa langsung dari Palembang untuk dibangun kembali di Bali.
Rumah Mayor merupakan tempat tinggal seorang Mayor ketika zaman Belanda, dengan paduan budaya Cina Palembang pada masanya. Terlihat dari detail rumah seperti motif langit, yang melambangkan surga dan hal-hal baik dalam budaya Cina. Tidak hanya itu, numerologi Cina seperti angka 3, 5, 9 dapat ditemukan dalam Rumah Mayor yang memiliki 3 tingkat dan 5 palang struktur bangunan.
Sedangkan Rumah Amir adalah nama yang berasal dari posisi orang Arab dari golongan pedagang yang dihormati pada saat itu. Rumah Amir sangat kental dengan perpaduan budaya Arab dan Palembang, terlihat dari motif pahatan mahkota, tameng, dan pemilihan warna cat yang menyala.
Resto Masa Masa diharapkan tidak saja hanya menjadi rumah makan, namun bisa menjadi ‘Beranda Nusantara’ untuk dijadikan tempat acara-acara kebudayaan seperti teater dan pameran seni untuk para seniman menampilkan bakatnya.

Tidak ada yang lebih menyenangkan selain menyantap makanan dengan suasana alam Ubud yang adem dan menenangkan, lengkap dengan bar di tengah hutan. Anda bisa menikmati suasana ini di The Sayan House yang berada di Ubud.
Restoran yang menanamkan prinsip “Omotenashi” atau prinsip keramahan Jepang tanpa pamrih ini menghadirkan hidangan fusion Jepang dan Latin yang bisa dibilang sangat unik. Jepang dan Amerika Selatan merupakan antipoda, berada di kutub yang sangat berlawanan di dunia, namun ternyata keduanya bisa digabung dengan cara organik melalui hidangan makanan.
Terdapat menu hidangan fusion Tacos “Los de Sashimi”, gabungan tacos dan sashimi berisikan perpaduan udang, tuna, salmon, nasi, wasabi dan berbagai isian tacos pada umumnya.
